Hugely anticipated, the Alehouse is a much welcomed addition to the culture of Mold. The micropub is situated near the centre of the town in Earl Chambers, a grade II listed building. A small number of tables, chairs and high stools surround the column. The bar is at the far end and its six handpumps serve four cask ales and two ciders. These are predominantly local and constantly rotate. There is also a good collection of bottled beers, lagers and ciders from the UK and beyond.
