This micropub is in a railway arch and the 1050 name is based on the actual dedicated number for that arch. Number 1 is in Victoria. The micropub is run by 3 equal partners, an Englishman an Irishman and a German (there must be a joke in there somewhere)! All three (formerly a plasterer, a joiner and a master chef) are supposed to be retired but they were driven by the need to create a place to drink that was free from music, television and lagerfolk.

Lovely quiet pub which we found by accident! So nice and secluded, you wouldn’t realise you were by a busy road and a supermarket. Has its own parking next to the pub and lots of seating. Offers a great range of ales and ciders (I recommend Bushells or Slack Alice ciders whilst my dad recommends Rustic or Wobbler for ale drinkers) Definitely a firm favourite and the couple running it are so friendly!

Ideal place to spend a sunny afternoon in the garden with a very fine Ale or a cider. Open Mon. – Thurs 4 pm to 9 pm whilst Friday and Saturday 12 noon to 10.30 pm Sundays they are Closed
Everyone is very friend and the 3 men who run the 10.50 are most welcoming. A pleasure to visit.
