This is a small micro and only holds a maximum of twenty people when full. Four handpumps in operation. The pub is owned and run by a husband and wife.
Another feature here was the stuffed brown rat position in a glass case on the back bar.

One of the the best micropubs I’ve encountered. Beer is kept to the right temperature and the whole atmosphere inside is terrific. If you have to go to one micropub in the UK then try this it’s what micropubs are all about.
