Station Yard Dunbar

Station Yard is a small Class B Listed building located next to Dunbar Railway Station which forms part of Network Rail’s estate. It was originally the Station Lodge and dates back to circa 1840. From 1962 until around 2004/05 the building was used as the offices of T. Foggo & Sons Coal Merchants. In more recent years the building has been used as a café and as offices for an architects’ practice and then Sustaining Dunbar.
Between August and November 2017 the building and garden area were converted into Station Yard micropub and beer garden. Station Yard opened for business on the 1st December 2017 and has carved out a niche in the town as an upmarket drinking establishment selling mainly locally produced Scottish craft beers and craft spirits. We now have a loyal and regular clientele and we are also a very popular pub for visitors to the town.
