The Wheel Alehouse

Although larger than some of the micro-pubs in Thanet, The Wheel Alehouse still classes itself as a micropub and meets with the general requirements of selling Real Ale, Cider & Wine and never stocking cold, fizzy, alcoholic bilge water (aka lager). On two floors, this ale house is more of a macro-pub, being somewhat larger than the average sweet shop. Its owner, Alan Ross, has made the move from chips to ale, having previously owned Mario’s Village Chip Shop in Garlinge.
