This Micropub is located in a converted outbuilding whose most recent use had been as an art gallery. Country kitchen styling with wooden tables, chairs, and a rough wood bar counter and an outdoor patio and lawned area. Beers and ciders are served on gravity dispense from a temperature controlled cellar room Snacks are available, including home-made pork pies, scotch eggs and a cheese board. Occasional acoustic/folk music events are held.

A fantastic micro pub. Great real ales, real ciders and butchers made pork pie, scotch eggs etc. Welcoming owner and staff. The customers or rather characters are very friendly and some play very accomplished tunes on the piano. A great place and very difficult not leave a little wobbly. GO.
